Working with an agency on a project-by-project, quote-by-quote basis is great for your chunkier design items, however a retainer will typically save you time and money; who doesn't like the sound of that? Sign up to a package that offers a set amount of work each month and you will receive bonus hours per month based on your package, and even better, your projects will always be in our express lane!

We have multiple designers with multiple design styles.. so we never get stale. Your jobs never 'starts looking the same', which is often the case with in-house designers. For a fixed monthly fee we will work through your new or regular recurring graphic design tasks.
SO WHAT IS INCLUDED?

THE DETAILS +
PACKAGES TO CHOOSE FROM: We offer retainers on a three month contract to start. After the first three months we can customise our plan to suit ie. if you're using more or less than expected. After the initial three month period, we would suggest a 6 month retainer contract, so we can just keep rolling out the good stuff.
For all packages, any unused hours may be carried forward to the following month, but be sure to use it once it rolls over; after the second month the package reverts back to the original quota in your package. For example, if you use 10 hours in September and you're in a 15 hour retainer, you will have 5 hours added to your October quota making it 20 hours for the month – but once October clocks over into November, you’re back to 15 whether, you have surplus or not. It's pretty straight forward.
Just think, all your creative tasks will be up to date and completed, and you will have time to create new campaigns and projects to accelerate your business.
HOW DOES IT WORK? Our retainers are packages designed to support SME's. We want to see businesses develop and grow. Today more than ever before, good design is a critical part of any successful business. Here is the outline of how it works;
Once you’re signed up and ready to go, you send us your first brief via email to our design team.
We will give you an estimate of hours and turnaround time. Your project will get top priority in the studio and your allocated designer will get to work on it within 12-24 hours at the latest. Invoicing will be billed at the end of each month.
HOW DO WE GET STARTED? If you’re ready to get started and have briefs all ready to email off, just sign up to one of the packages below. We will be in touch as soon as we receive your confirmation and email you the retainer invoice.
WHAT IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL THE PACKAGE? You are free to cancel your package at anytime, however, by signing up to the contract, we both agree to give each other 1 month’s notice on any variations or the official cancellation.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? You save money with 'bonus' design hours. You receive priority service and scheduling. The integrity of your designs are kept at a high standard, quality & consistent. You save time with the convenience of easy invoicing and less paperwork. Your time can be used to grow your business with our design support.
THE RUN DOWN Minimum of 3 months commitment. Any additional hours used in the month that were on top of the retainer will be charged at $100/hr + GST. Retainer invoices will be sent at the end of each month. Retainers can include web development, but only to existing sites that were originally created by The Hunting House (due to potential coding/platform conflicts) Any 3rd party costs, eg. printing, stock images or illustrations will be invoiced separately. Prices exclude GST.
