We only collect what we need to work with you. That may include your name, business name, email address, phone number and the details you share about your project. It may also include files and information you send us during a job, and billing details for invoicing.

We will never sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted services to run the studio, such as our website platform, client management, email newsletter and accounting software. They store or process information on our behalf, and some may store it outside Australia. Apart from that, we only share your information if you’ve asked us to (for example, with a printer or photographer on your project) or if the law requires it.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we only keep it for as long as we need it.

You can ask to see, update or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Just get in touch.
